Quality hearing protection is an absolute must. Electronic noise dampening headsets are best. Never enter a firing range, or participate in the use of firearms without them.

• Retention - Will it secure my firearm effectively?

Always be sure to use the correct ammunition for your firearm.

Never use round nose bullets for self defense. They can over penetrate your target and hit an unintended target behind it. In addition, it needs to be a high quality defensive round like this polymer filled expanding hollow point.
